Pause or adjust subscription
We offer flexible membership packages - it means we can accommodate temporary adjustments to certain elements of your tariff to effectively pause the 'access' part of your subscription.
As a small business, to accommodate our business planning, we kindly ask that you allow a minimum 4-week notice period to pause your access before the change can reflect in your billing and take effect.
To initiate your request, please indicate below the duration of the planned pause of access (this is the combined number of full weeks of the pause of access [Mon-Sun]).
Please also indicate below the dates of non-access period (the start date is at least four weeks from today's date).
When the request is processed, the value of the access elements of your tariff for the duration of the pause period will be credited back to the billing account and it will reflect on the next invoice as a net reduction in price.
